When Academy and Emmy Award-winner Patricia Arquette called on Drew and Jonathan to help someone very close to her heart, of course, they were more than happy to help! So on this week’s Patricia Arquette Celebrity IOU<\/em> episode<\/a>, we watched as the actress gave her loved one the ultimate surprise. Patricia’s late mother had a very close friend, Liz, who had always been a cherished person in their lives. She was there from the beginning, saw Patricia’s mom go through her cancer, and has also acted as Patricia’s daughter’s stand-in abuela after Patricia’s mother passed. So now, she’s showing Liz just how much she appreciates all the love she’s given<\/a> throughout the years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Liz is nearly 80 years old, and though she’s still independent as ever, she does have less mobility than she used to. Because of that, her kitchen setup<\/a> just wasn’t working for her. Cabinets were falling off the hinges, the countertops were far too high for her, there was unsafe electrical work done, and the room was overall not cohesive with Liz’s lifestyle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a lover of gardening<\/a>, cooking, and hosting, Liz needed a new kitchen and dining area<\/a> to accommodate and embrace her interests. So Patricia, Drew, and Jonathan got to work creating it for her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
